About Us



Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit service organization whose membership extends to a diverse population of over 250,000 college-educated, civic minded, professional women. Transcending the boundaries of the continental United States, the membership of Zeta Phi Beta is composed of women in West Africa, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. Accordingly, Zeta Phi Beta prides itself on a strong tradition of giving back to the global community, having international programs that include the endowed National Education Foundation, various community outreach services, such as the Water Well Project in Ghana, Africa, and extensive support of multiple affiliate organizations, such as the March of Dimes. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. also sponsors several youth auxiliaries: Archonettes, Amicettes and Pearlettes. Archonettes are high school-aged young ladies who demonstrate an interest in the goals and the ideals of scholarship, sisterly love, and community service. Amicettes are girls 9 to 13 years of age who are willing to strive toward the high ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and who demonstrate potential for leadership in service to the community. Pearlettes are girls under 9 years old who are mentored by ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to become outstanding leaders in their community.
